Shipping Origin & Craftsmanship

To maintain our commitment to artisanal quality and heritage craftsmanship, Casaloria pieces are handcrafted in our specialized manufacturing studio in China. Each item is shipped directly from our international workshop via premium ocean freight to our US customers. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to oversee every stage of production and deliver bespoke furniture at exceptional value.

1. Estimated Delivery Timeline

To provide the most accurate expectation, our fulfillment is divided into two distinct stages:

• Production & Handling: 15–20 business days. This period includes bespoke crafting, rigorous quality inspection, and our signature service: providing you with production photos and videos for your final approval before the item leaves our studio.

• Transit Time: 20–35 business days via International Ocean Freight and Local Truck Delivery.

• Total Estimated Delivery: 35–55 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Service Area

• United States: We offer Complimentary Curbside Shipping to the contiguous 48 states.

• Exclusions: We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories.

• Method: Due to the scale and premium nature of Casaloria furniture, items are shipped via sea freight in secure wooden crates or reinforced frames to ensure maximum protection.

3. Important Delivery Requirements

• Standard Items (Under 2.1m): Includes curbside/doorstep unloading via liftgate service.

• Oversized Items (Over 2.2m): For safety and logistical reasons, items with any side exceeding 2.2m require the recipient to provide a loading dock or mechanical unloading equipment (such as a forklift). If you do not have these facilities, please contact us at info@casaloria.com prior to ordering for a specialized delivery quote.

• Limited Access: If your delivery address is inaccessible by standard freight trucks (e.g., private gated roads or narrow lanes), please notify us in advance.

4. Order Tracking & Support

Once your order departs our facility, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24–72 hours of shipment. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST, to provide real-time updates on your high-value investment.

5. Cancellations & Returns

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the production is completed and the item is dispatched.

• After Shipment: Once an item has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return upon receipt in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

• Damaged Items: If an item arrives with visible damage, you have the right to refuse delivery. Please contact us immediately at info@casaloria.com or +1 (646) 684-2663 so we can coordinate with the carrier for a replacement.

6. Duties & Taxes

• Sales Tax: Calculated at checkout based on your state’s requirements.

• Import Duties: Casaloria handles standard import customs clearance for all US orders. Any local administrative fees or specific government inspections at the port of entry remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Refund Policy

At Casaloria, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted furniture and rugs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, please review our transparent return process below.

30-Day Return Window You may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your item. To ensure a smooth process, please contact our support team at info@casaloria.com before shipping any items back to us.

Order Cancellations

• Within 48 Hours: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of placement.

• After 48 Hours: Once production begins on your bespoke piece, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers the specialized materials and labor already allocated to your custom order.

• After Shipment: Once an item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You must follow the standard return process after the item arrives.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging (including wooden crates where applicable).

• All tags and proof of purchase must be included.

• Returns must be authorized by our team; items sent back without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was sent), Casaloria will cover all return shipping costs and provide a 100% refund.

• Change of Mind: If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., style preference, size, or color choice), the customer is responsible for the actual return freight costs. Additionally, while we offer free initial shipping, the original outbound freight cost incurred by Casaloria will be deducted from your final refund.

Refund Process

1. Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

2. Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

3. Credit: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Exclusions

• Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.

• Damage or loss caused by customer negligence or improper assembly is not covered under this policy.

Section 1 - Basic Warranty Terms

Section 2 - Warranty Agreement and Restrictions

Casaloria.com warrants the products sold by Casaloria.com shall be free from defects in material, workmanship and function under Normal Use on the warranty period outlined in Warranty Terms from the original date of receipt. "Normal Use" means in strict accordance with the installation, operation and maintenance manual.

If any of the warranted products are found by Casaloria.com to be defective in normal use, such products will, at Casaloria.com's option, be replaced, repaired or made appropriate adjustment at Casaloria.com's cost. The parties hereto expressly agree that Original Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against Casaloria.com shall be on the repair, replacement or refund of defective products as provided herein. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced product. In no event shall the liability of Casaloria.com exceed the purchase price of the product.

This limited warranty DOES NOT cover any loss and/or damage due to:

• Misuse or unusual use
• Mishandling
• Accident
• Neglect
• Acts of god. Relate to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
• Improper installation
• Improper maintenance and care. Using abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine, or steel wool, or wire brushes, as these will damage and wear down the finish. Significant product exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners and harsh outdoor environment will void any and all warranties on finishes and material.
• Modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair. This warranty only applies when all components have been provided by Casaloria.com. Substituting another manufacturer's product and/or components will render the warranty completely void.
• Normal wear and tear from daily use. For example, gloss reduction, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of finishes over time, due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser, and is not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise. No affirmation of Casaloria.com, by words or action, other than as set forth herein shall constitute a warranty.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & Qty of the defective item(s), a complete description of the problem, provide pictures or video evidence clearly showing the problem.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS ON ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT. BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND CASALORIA.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE ON, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TO LOSS OF PROFT, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR MANUFACTUTING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION AND/OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.
