At Casaloria, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted furniture and rugs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, please review our transparent return process below.
30-Day Return Window You may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your item. To ensure a smooth process, please contact our support team at info@casaloria.com before shipping any items back to us.
Order Cancellations

Within 48 Hours: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of placement.

After 48 Hours: Once production begins on your bespoke piece, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers the specialized materials and labor already allocated to your custom order.

After Shipment: Once an item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You must follow the standard return process after the item arrives.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging (including wooden crates where applicable).

All tags and proof of purchase must be included.

Returns must be authorized by our team; items sent back without prior authorization cannot be processed.
Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was sent), Casaloria will cover all return shipping costs and provide a 100% refund.

Change of Mind: If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., style preference, size, or color choice), the customer is responsible for the actual return freight costs. Additionally, while we offer free initial shipping, the original outbound freight cost incurred by Casaloria will be deducted from your final refund.
Refund Process

Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

Credit: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Exclusions

Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.

Damage or loss caused by customer negligence or improper assembly is not covered under this policy.
