At Casaloria, we specialize in handcrafted furniture and rugs made through a made to order production process. To maintain the quality, craftsmanship, and protection of oversized furniture during international transit, each order follows a carefully managed fulfillment and delivery process. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Shipping Origin & Craftsmanship

To preserve our commitment to artisanal craftsmanship and material quality, Casaloria furniture is handcrafted in our specialized manufacturing studio in China. Orders are shipped directly from our production facilities through international ocean freight and final mile freight delivery within the United States.

This direct to customer model allows us to oversee production, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment coordination while offering handcrafted furniture at a more accessible value.

Before shipment, our team will provide production photos and videos for customer approval whenever applicable. Shipment will only be arranged after production confirmation is completed.

Estimated total delivery time is approximately 35 to 60 days depending on production scheduling, port conditions, customs clearance, and final delivery location.

All furniture is securely packaged for international shipment and may include reinforced cartons, protective framing, foam protection, or wooden crates depending on the size and fragility of the item.

2. Shipping Rates & Service Area

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Standard freight delivery includes curbside or doorstep delivery only.

White Glove Delivery service, including in room placement, unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal, is available for an additional fee depending on product size, destination, and carrier availability.

We currently do not offer free shipping to the following regions:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • American Samoa

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • Marshall Islands

  • Palau

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Certain remote or restricted delivery areas

If your address is located in a remote area, please contact our customer service team before placing an order to confirm shipping availability and applicable freight charges.


3. Ocean Freight Transit Information

Furniture shipped from China is transported through international ocean freight before entering the United States for domestic truck delivery.

Estimated transit timelines:

  • U.S. West Coast: approximately 35 days total delivery

  • U.S. Central and East Coast: approximately 45 to 48 days total delivery

Transit times may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Port congestion

  • Severe weather

  • Government regulations

  • Carrier scheduling delays

  • Other force majeure logistics conditions

Estimated delivery windows are provided as references only and are not guaranteed.


4. Customs Inspections

All international shipments are subject to inspection by U.S. Customs authorities.

Inspection types may include:

  • Automated inspections

  • Manual inspections requiring container opening

Customs inspections may add additional transit time and are outside the control of Casaloria or the freight carrier.


5. Freight Truck Delivery

Due to the oversized nature of furniture shipments, most orders are delivered by freight truck carriers.

Standard freight delivery generally includes:

  • Delivery appointment scheduling

  • Liftgate unloading service

  • Curbside or doorstep delivery for standard size items

For oversized products with any side exceeding approximately 2.2 meters, unloading assistance may not be included. Customers may need to arrange appropriate unloading equipment or professional assistance.

For apartments, gated communities, commercial buildings, or restricted access locations, customers are responsible for confirming truck accessibility and delivery requirements prior to shipment.


6. Optional White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery may include:

  • In room placement

  • Unpacking

  • Basic assembly

  • Packaging removal

White Glove Delivery must be arranged prior to shipment and is quoted separately based on location, item size, building access, and carrier availability.

Before selecting White Glove Delivery, please confirm:

  • Apartment or residential access conditions

  • Elevator dimensions

  • Stair access

  • Gate restrictions

  • COI insurance requirements where applicable

Please note that freight truck carriers and White Glove service teams are often separate providers and may require independent scheduling.


7. Delivery Delays & Additional Carrier Fees

Additional charges may apply in situations including:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Missed delivery appointments

  • Storage fees due to delayed customer response

  • Redelivery requests

  • Last minute White Glove requests

  • Delivery access restrictions

  • Chargebacks or cancellations initiated while goods are already in transit

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery accessibility and responding promptly to carrier scheduling communications.


8. Order Tracking & Customer Support

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Tracking activation may take approximately 24 to 72 hours after carrier pickup.

Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST to assist with shipment updates and delivery coordination.


9. Cancellations & Returns

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production is completed and before shipment has been arranged.

After Shipment

Once an order has been handed to the freight carrier or international shipping provider, cancellations are no longer accepted. Return requests after delivery are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged Deliveries

If visible shipping damage is observed at delivery, customers should note the damage on the carrier receipt and contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product condition.

Failure to report visible freight damage at the time of delivery may affect carrier claim eligibility.


10. Duties & Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on destination state requirements.

Casaloria handles standard import customs clearance for U.S. orders. However, certain local administrative fees, inspection fees, or government related charges imposed by ports or authorities may remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Refund Policy

At Casaloria, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted furniture and rugs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, please review our transparent return process below.

30-Day Return Window You may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your item. To ensure a smooth process, please contact our support team at info@casaloria.com before shipping any items back to us.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of placement.

  • After 48 Hours: Once production begins on your bespoke piece, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers the specialized materials and labor already allocated to your custom order.

  • After Shipment: Once an item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You must follow the standard return process after the item arrives.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging (including wooden crates where applicable).

  • All tags and proof of purchase must be included.

  • Returns must be authorized by our team; items sent back without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was sent), Casaloria will cover all return shipping costs and provide a 100% refund.

  • Change of Mind: If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., style preference, size, or color choice), the customer is responsible for the actual return freight costs. Additionally, while we offer free initial shipping, the original outbound freight cost incurred by Casaloria will be deducted from your final refund.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

  2. Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

  3. Credit: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Exclusions

  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.

  • Damage or loss caused by customer negligence or improper assembly is not covered under this policy.

Section 1 - Basic Warranty Terms

Furniture [For tables & desks, cabinets, stools & chairs, sofas, furniture sets, shelves & racks, and beds]
Two-Year limited on the materials, workmanship and the functioning of electronic components.
Note that issues with the fabrics, seat cushions, and leather covers are not covered in this warranty, but can be replaced at minimal cost as long as the original cover is still available.

Outdoor & Patio Furniture [For outdoor table, outdoor furniture set, outdoor seatings, outdoor storage, outdoor sofas]
Two-year limited on the solid wood, metal alloys, fabrics and workmanship.

Home Decoration
Two-year limited on the materials, functionality and workmanship.


Section 2 - Warranty Agreement and Restrictions

Casaloria.com warrants the products sold by Casaloria.com shall be free from defects in material, workmanship and function under Normal Use on the warranty period outlined in Warranty Terms from the original date of receipt. "Normal Use" means in strict accordance with the installation, operation and maintenance manual.

If any of the warranted products are found by Casaloria.com to be defective in normal use, such products will, at Casaloria.com's option, be replaced, repaired or made appropriate adjustment at Casaloria.com's cost. The parties hereto expressly agree that Original Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against Casaloria.com shall be on the repair, replacement or refund of defective products as provided herein. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced product. In no event shall the liability of Casaloria.com exceed the purchase price of the product.


This limited warranty DOES NOT cover any loss and/or damage due to:

  • Misuse or unusual use
  • Mishandling
  • Accident
  • Neglect
  • Acts of god. Relate to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
  • Improper installation
  • Improper maintenance and care. Using abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine, or steel wool, or wire brushes, as these will damage and wear down the finish. Significant product exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners and harsh outdoor environment will void any and all warranties on finishes and material.
  • Modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair. This warranty only applies when all components have been provided by Casaloria.com. Substituting another manufacturer's product and/or components will render the warranty completely void.
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use. For example, gloss reduction, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of finishes over time, due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser, and is not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise. No affirmation of Casaloria.com, by words or action, other than as set forth herein shall constitute a warranty.

If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Casaloria.com. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & Qty of the defective item(s), a complete description of the problem, provide pictures or video evidence clearly showing the problem.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS ON ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT. BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND CASALORIA.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE ON, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TO LOSS OF PROFT, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR MANUFACTUTING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION AND/OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.
